MY DOCTOR SAID I AM LOW ON B12 & TO EAT MORE VEGGIES,BUT...: but in fact she must have been temporarily not thinking clearly,because B12 deficiency is mostly due to lack of red meat,...it is a deficiency that vegetarians must contend with because they don't eat red meat. She must have just mis-spoke,but that's why its always important to double-check everything your doctor tells you.She also said the red rash sore on my hand doesn't look like skin cancer,but maybe an infection,& prescribed antibiotics,...hope she's right...doesn't make much sense that it would come & go if its an infection,but I will try the antibiotics for a few weeks,...see what happens. I like this doctor because of her bedside manner...she's just a nice person usually,but sometimes that's the tradeoff...u get nice & warmth, but sometimes less proficiency in medicine...;whereas others may be more proficient but lack a sense of empathy and warmth.
